PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium feeding amount detection means for detecting conveyance of a medium with high precision by a simple configuration, to provide a medium conveyance device provided with the medium feeding amount detection means, and to provide a recording device provided with the medium conveyance device. SOLUTION: The medium feeding amount detection means 166b for detecting feeding amount of the medium by rotating in synchronization with rotation of a roller 162 for feeding the medium is provided. A low rigidity part 166ac is partially formed in the vicinity of a rotary central hole 166aa of the medium feeding amount detection means. Consequently, since the low rigidity part can absorb influence due to eccentricity of the roller, eccentricity of the medium feeding amount detection means and eccentric movement of the roller are sufficiently offset.
