PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case for tissue, so designed as to discontinue use of a synthetic resin sheet provided with a slit for pulling out tissue from, enable a smooth pull-out of tissue, maintain a stable rising state of tissue, and restrain entry of dust or the like. SOLUTION: A non-straight-line slit S is formed, on the top face plate 1a of a case proper 1, by opposingly and adjacently installing a first flap 2 and a second flap 3. The first flap 2 is such that its base end side edge portion 2a is formed in the state of a straight line in parallel with the side edge of the top face plate 1a, while its opposing side edge portion 2b is formed of a cut line in the state of an approximately convex arc, and the second flap 3 is such that its base end side edge portion 3a is formed in the state of a straight line in parallel with the side edge of the top face plate 1a, while its opposing side edge portion 3b is formed of a curved line portion 3b(A) in the state of an approximately recessed arc extending along the opposing side edge portion in the state of an approximately convex arc in the first flap 2, together with straight line portions 3b(B) formed of cut lines positioned at both the sides of the curved line portion 3b(A).
