PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control device for a seat which solves the problems inherent in the temperature control device of water circulation type, and improves a low heat exchange efficiency/a nonuniform temperature control effect which are the shortcomings of a Peltier device (a heat exchanger body). SOLUTION: The temperature control device for the seat is housed in the interior of the seat, and is provided with a heat exchanger body, an inner air circulation duct and an exhaust duct. The heat exchanger body is provided with a heat exchanger main body installed between a first heat exchanging part and a second heat exchanging part. Then at least a part of the inner air circulation duct is brought into contact with the surface area of the seat directly or indirectly, and the first heat exchanging part is arranged within the duct.
