PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional method for magnetically treating water that a magnet is used in various ways to treat water only by exciting multi-molecular water molecules which come into contact with a magnetic field. SOLUTION: In a molecule of water, two hydrogen atoms are bonded to an oxygen atom via a hydrogen bonding, positioned with an included angle of 104.5°in-between relative to the oxygen atom at the origin. Though this included angle is not always kept constant, it is considered to be maintained with a given probability. Magnets are so arranged as to make multi-molecular water passing through a pipe go across a magnetic field tilted at an angle of 104.5°therefrom, and the multi-molecular water is thereby encouraged to become mono-molecular water.
