A lever sensor (16) for detecting water level inside the storage tank is connected to the pump controller. The pump controller initializes the pump to ensure predetermined water flow at a given time interval. The pump transfers water from the storage tank. A drain channel and a rain water channel are connected to the storage tank. The pump controller stops the operation of the pump during rainy season.
