The system has a sleeve-free polypropylene tape (3) made of processed and meshed synthetic thread, and applied on a set cushion (1) consisting of two chambers. The polypropylene tape is arranged such that a seam above the cushion is located centrical under the urethra. Flexible tubes (2) run through the chambers of the cushion parallel with the tape. Ports (5) are connected to the polypropylene tape through the flexible tubes with the use of connectors (4). A connection between the ports and chambers of the cushion are established through the flexible tubes.
