<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal apparatus capable of supporting the reading of facility information so that a user can comfortably utilize facilities whose use is recommended by received facility information. <P>SOLUTION: When a user leaves from a station, a portable terminal apparatus 1 transmits commuter's ticket information, a balance and terminal ID to an automatic ticket examination machine 2. When the user satisfies conditions for departing from the station, the automatic ticket examination machine 2 transmits station ID indicating the station itself to a coupon distribution server 3 together with the terminal ID. The server 3 transmits a coupon corresponding to the station ID through a mobile object communication network 4 on the basis of the terminal ID.
