<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter used together with a motor drive in which high frequency noise to a power supply side can be reduced and a common mode current flowing through a motor can be reduced, and to provide a motor drive mounted with the noise filter capable of vector control as well as V/f control. <P>SOLUTION: An input side noise filter 105 comprises a capacitor Cx Y-connected from respective phases of an AC power supply, a ground capacitor Cy connected between its neutral point B and a ground part A, and a wiring means 106 for connecting the neutral point B electrically with a bypass circuit E of an output side noise filter 102.
