<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the mounting efficiency of electronic components without lowering the transmission distance of a radio IC tag. <P>SOLUTION: A notch 1c is formed on a front face 1b of a printed board 1. Then, an IC chip 4 is stored in the notch 1c so as not to be projected from a surface 1a, back face and front face 1b of the printed board 1. Also, an antenna 3 is formed on the front face 1b with the IC chip 4 as a center, and connected to the IC chip 4.
