PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that flow resistance is caused on a disk surface by a stream of fluid near a disk at high speed rotation, noise and vibration are caused, and power consumption is increased. SOLUTION: This equipment comprises a base 40 being a lower part face of a space in which a disk 10 is housed, a drive unit mounted on the base and rotating the disk 10 around a drive axis, a shroud 30 being a side face of the space in which the disk 10 is housed, and a cover 20 being an upper part face of the space in which the disk 10 is housed. In the cover 20, height (h1') from a disk surface to the cover 20 in the rotation center of the disk 10 is lower than height (h1) from the disk surface to the cover 20 in the shroud 30. The cover has a slanted line extended from a central portion of the cover toward the shroud at an upward inclination with respect to the disk surface in a cross-section being perpendicular to the disk surface.
