PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure time-series order of logs by uniquely setting order information for an event of log output by communicating with a client device, and transmitting the logs and the order information to a log output device with low load. SOLUTION: Each of output destination selection devices (distributors) 2 connected to a plurality of clients 1 and log output devices (loggers) 3 monitors the own load state, assigns time-series order information (serial numbers or the like) to a log output instruction from the client 1, and transmits the load state and the order information to the client 1. The client 1 selects the distributer 2 with lowest load based on the received load states, selects a maximum value of the order information, transmits logs to the selected distributor 2, and transmits the maximum value of the order information to all the distributors 2.
