PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent warm water from leaking out of an air conditioning unit even water leaks from a sliding part at the time of changing the passing air volume by moving a heating heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A heater core 4 comprises inlet/outlet side header tanks 12, 13, tubes 14 for communicating the both header tanks, and fins 15 provided among the tubes. A rotating side pipe 17 of double pipe structure is connected to the outlet side header tank. A fixed side pipe 20 is coaxially fitted to the rotating side pipe so as to relatively rotate around a rotational shaft 6. An O ring 21 is inserted between the rotating side pipe and the fixed side pipe for composing a seal sliding part. The fixed side pipe is incorporated to a case 1a through a packing 23 and the seal sliding part is substantially provided inside the case. Accordingly, even though the warm water D leaks out of the rotating side pipe into the case because of deterioration of the O ring, the packing prevents the water from leaking out of the case.
