PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a chamber is provided in a middle of a piping connecting an input port and an external device but that pulsation reduction effect is not demonstrated unless the chamber is provided on an antinode part of wave transmitted to the external device from an input port and that it is difficult to provide the chamber at the antinode part and that providing the chamber in the middle of the piping gives disadvantage on layout and cost. SOLUTION: This solenoid valve includes a plunger 14 opening and closing a flow path communicating an input port 2 to which pressure is supplied and an output port 3 connected to a canister tentatively adsorbing evaporating gas from a fuel tank, and is provided with the chamber 21 in the flow path from the input port 2 to the output port 3.
