PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat cycle device provided with refrigeration cycle and Rankine cycle capable of reduction of start error at a time of Rankine cycle operation and drop of cycle efficiency. SOLUTION: Exhaust heat collection operation mode (Rankine cycle) is started and is operated foe a predetermined time T1 (S430-S450). When difference P2-P1 between upstream pressure P1 and downstream pressure P2 of a liquid pump is greater than predetermined pressure P, exhaust heat collection operation mode is continued. When the same is the predetermined pressure P or less, exhaust heat collection operation mode is restarted (S430-S450) after starting air conditioning operation mode is started (S480-S500).
