PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sheet for suppressing the occurrence of a malodor even if a long-term using state is continued. SOLUTION: A second protective sheet 12 is constituted based on a transparent synthetic resin film 19 and a zinc-based transparent antibacterial agent 20 is applied to the whole upper surface of the synthetic resin film 19. A printing layer 22 is formed on the under surface of the synthetic resin film 19 and a printing pattern can be seen through from above through the synthetic resin film 19 and the antibacterial agent 20. An acrylic adsorbing layer 23 is formed on the whole under surface side of the synthetic resin film 19 through the printing layer 22 and, when the acrylic adsorbing layer 23 is formed, an inorganic deodorant is kneaded with an acrylic synthetic resin in a definite weight ratio. By this constitution, when the second protective sheet 12 is bonded on a kitchen cooking stand 14, the offensive smell caused by the corrosion of water or the like penetrated in the gap between the adsorbing layer 23 and the kitchen cooking stand 14 is deodorized by the adsorbing layer 23 to prevent the fear of diffusion of malodor.
