PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and silent washing machine which does not use a liquid such as water dispensing with accessories such as a water supplying and discharging unit and piping and having enhanced vibration property. SOLUTION: A vibration suppression means 41 is disposed in an outer tank 33, a damping means 41 has an outer frame 42 and a weight 43 supported by the outer frame through an elastic body 44, a vibration space 45 absorbing a vibration amplitude in a supporting direction of the weight 43 by the elastic body 44 is arranged between the outer frame 42 and the weight 43.
