A method of manufacturing a lens with a hold frame, and the lens with the hold frame having a lens formed of an alicyclic structure-containing polymer resin and a hold frame for holding the lens which are formed integrally with each other, the method comprising the step of injecting a resin material for lens formed of the alicyclic structure-containing polymer resin and a resin material for the hold frame into the cavity (A) and the cavity (B) of a metal mold having the lens-shaped cavity (A) and the hold frame-shaped cavity (B), respectively, to form the lens in two colors, whereby the lens with the hold frame meeting the requirements for the lens and the hold frame can be manufactured advantageously for industrial production.
