The hydraulic motor has an interlock device (10) for locking two rotors (2) together. The interlock device includes an actuator (12) and a blocking device (11). The blocking device is arranged and fitted in the semicircular section formed in a taper portion (6). The blocking device is led in one of the rotors through a guide (13) for interlocking the rotors together. The rotors have counter blades connected to a drive shaft for generating rotary motion. The blocking device is formed in spherical shape, and moves within the guide along an equator line. An independent claim is also included for the motor vehicle using the hydraulic rotary motor.
