<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording paper, which has high opacity, is excellent in the strike through (print through) preventability and printability (blanket soiling) of printing ink, has high glossiness and in which a print density is high under the condition that printing is performed with an inkjet printer on the other side of the paper. <P>SOLUTION: In the gloss inkjet recording sheet, in which at least one inkjet recording layer is provided on a paper support and the surface of the recording layer is mirror-finished, the ash content according to JIS P 8251 of the paper support is 1-12% and both titanium oxide and calcium carbonate are employed jointly as a filler and the opacity according to JIS P 8149 of the gloss inkjet recording sheet is set to be at least 98%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
