<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform transmission control while taking into consideration an influence of a channel to be transmitted like a burst. <P>SOLUTION: Communication equipment which transmits a parameter used for adaptive modulation control to a transmitter which performs the adaptive modulation control, is provided with a measurement part which measures receiving environment and a parameter generation part which generates the parameter according a measurement result and a receiving state of a predetermined channel in a measurement period. In addition, a mobile station in a mobile communication system corresponding to HSDPA, is provided with a CQI information generation part which generates CQI information to be transmitted to a base station by referring to a receiving state of HS-PDSCH in a receiving quality measurement period of CPICH. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
