<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use AC 100V electric power while ensuring security. <P>SOLUTION: An AC100V starting switch 54 for starting a vehicular system to use an AC100V power is provided, besides an ignition switch 52 for starting the vehicular system to travel the vehicle to operate a shift lock so that a shift lever 80 can not move from a P range, when the AC100V starting switch 54 is turned on. Thereby, the power obtained in generating a motor 30 by force from an engine 22 or battery 34 power is converted to AC 100V power by means of an AC 100V inverter 38, and is supplied to an AC 100V power outlet 39. Since the shift lock is operated in using the AC 100V power, the AC 100V power can be used without using the ignition switch 52 while prohibiting a vehicle from travelling, in spite of the power capable of being output from the engine 22.
