<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card-like magnetic recording medium having excellent recording and reproducing characteristics and having a layer having high designing properties capable of easily adjusting a color tone of a background color in addition to glitteringly bright feeling on a magnetic recording layer. <P>SOLUTION: The card-like magnetic recording medium comprising a layer containing the magnetic recording layer and laminated on at least a part of a non-magnetic support is characterized in that a light reflection quantity regulating layer containing at least one of scaly metal powder and metal thin-film strips and a binding resin is provided on the magnetic recording layer, a bright coating layer containing bright particles is provided thereon, and the maximum reflectance of diffuse reflection light by an incident light at a wavelength of 400-700 nm in an area having the bright coating layer is 20-70%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
