PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remotely move and operate a mobile camera apparatus easily and excellently using a portable telephone set which decreases the number of operating keys provided therewith, and also reduces a size of a display screen. SOLUTION: A moving matrix associated with a numeral key of a portable telephone set is added to a picked-up image of a mobile camera apparatus and displayed on a display part of the mobile telephone set. When moving the mobile camera apparatus, a user watches this display part, confirms numerals on the moving matrix displayed at a place desired to move the mobile camera apparatus thereto, and operates a numeral key of the same numeral. A control section of a control station calculates a moving direction and a moving amount of the mobile camera apparatus according to the numeral key operated by the user and the moving matrix displayed on the display part of the user's portable telephone set at present, and controls movement of the mobile camera apparatus according to the calculation results.
