<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous tube having air permeability to such a degree that the tube is free from clogging and does not easily resonate. <P>SOLUTION: The porous tube 10 is produced by preliminarily molding a resin containing a water-soluble pore forming material into a tube by extrusion molding or blow molding, and then exposing in a water environment to elute the water-soluble pore forming material.
