PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic ticket gate capable of examining tickets in a transport transferring agent in charge of transport transfer based on tickets or season tickets which are usable for a transport transfer requesting agent requesting transport transfer.

SOLUTION: This automatic ticket gate (220) is installed in a predetermined station of the transport transferring agent accepting transport transfer and comprises an acquisition means (221) for acquiring information indicating a tied-up section of the transport transfer requesting agent requesting transport transfer, a reading means (222) for reading information stored in an information storage medium, and a ticket examination processing means (223) for determining whether or not to meet the transport transfer conditions by the information storage medium and examining tickets on the basis of the information indicating the tied-up section acquired by the acquisition means and the information read by the reading means.
