PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously realize both a headset and a security function by the same device, by unifying a radio key function for security and a head-setting function. SOLUTION: A headset device enabling a radio communication by a specified radio communications system has a first communication mode, enabling a data transfer with at least a communicating opposite device and a second communication mode conducting the radio communication with the opposite device for a period smaller than communication in the first communication mode as a radio-connected state is left, as it is, as a specified radio communications system. In the headset device, a communication means conducting the radio communication by the specified radio communications system and a control means functioning as the headset, when the communications mode with the communication opposite device is the first communication mode and being made to function as a radio key for the security, when the communication mode with the communication opposite device is the second communication mode as communicating states by the communication means in the headset are mounted.
