PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automation structure for a mobile work machine which corresponds to speeding-up with high precision without requiring high throughput. SOLUTION: The structure comprises a position detecting means 3 for detecting the position of the mobile work machine 1, and a control means 49 for controlling the operation of the mobile work machine 1. A plurality of control areas A1-A8 are set in the work area A0 of the mobile work machine 1, and also a plurality of control programs corresponding to the respective control areas A1-A8, are provided. As the control means 49 detects the arrival of the mobile work machine 1 to the respective control areas A1-A8, based on detection by a position detecting means 4, the control programs corresponding to the arrival control areas A1-A8 are performed.
