PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ashtray holder of a vending machine, to which an ashtray can be fitted simply and inexpensively, which can be disposed in a well-looking manner and in a manner that it does not roll over in any road surface condition, and which can be fitted even to an existing vending machine comparatively easily. SOLUTION: The ashtray holder 1 is fitted to the side of a vending machine J which is disposed in a manner that an upper part of a male screw rod 8 vertically disposed at its foot part is screwed into a female screw body 7 which is disposed at each of the four corners of the floor of a vending machine body JH. The ashtray holder comprises supporting members 2 and 2 which are fitted to the male screw rods 8 in the front position and in the rear position of the one side 100 of the vending machine J, and a holding frame 3 which is disposed between the supporting members 2 and 2.
