PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply image data of an image to be displayed on an electronic paper to an electronic paper while the electronic paper is handled like a paper sheet in any place. SOLUTION: When use operation on a memory clip 2 is detected by a switch 29, a CPU 51 of the memory clip 2 transmits a preparation signal from an interface circuit 55. The preparation signal received by an electronic paper 1 is led to a coil and a rectifier connected to an antenna 13, and when a voltage over a certain value is generated in a power supply circuit 45, a CPU 41 is started. When the CPU 41 is started, it simultaneously transmits a permission signal. When the CPU 51 receives the permission signal, it transmits selected image data stored in a memory 52 through an interface circuit 55 only when the selected image data satisfy display conditions.
