摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system which cherishes a patient's feeling and can make a contribution to an improvement of a mental condition by solving the following problems with the conventional nurse call system; the conventional system recognizes the patient's mental condition and feeling value with objective and digital numerical values and has nothing that can make a reception taking the patient's feeling and mood into consideration and therefore a nurse etc., resultantly carry out inadequate response telephone calls respectively in some cases based on the respective memories. SOLUTION: The nurse call system is so constituted that the speech information representing the speech characteristics from the speech signals by each patient is extracted and is evaluated as the feeling value and the feeling value obtained from the evaluation results can be displayed in the patient's full name portion.
