PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning material creating device, method, and program which can prompt the user to learn after searching for the desired information and can support to improve the user's own capabilities to solve problems. SOLUTION: When the user tries to find the desired information but can not find it from the large amount of the sophisticated information, the user can create the learning material through this device, method, and program, by receiving the desired information (correct answer documents) which user was searching for, or receiving a template containing the advice corresponding to the user's search history, and putting together the received template and the correct answer documents depending on the distance between the correct answer documents and the area the user was exploring.
