PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of full close leak flow rate at a time of idling operation and preventing malfunction of a throttle valve 2 and valve lock or the like by materializing high precision of gap dimension between a throttle bore wall surface of a throttle body 3 and an outer circumference end surface part of a throttle valve 2. SOLUTION: Housing connection ribs 31, 32 provided to firmly support and fix a motor housing part 23 for a purpose of suppressing vibration of the motor housing part 23 are directly connected to not an outer wall surface of a bore outer pipe 12 but an attachment flange part 17 of the throttle body 3. Consequently, even if the throttle body 3 is manufactured by injection molding of thermoplastic resin in an injection molding mold, deformation of the throttle body 3 after resin molding (especially forming contraction of the motor housing part 23 and deformation of the mounting flange part 17 produced by fastening to an end surface of the bracket) does not easily give direct influence on throttle bore inner diameter of the bore inner pipe 11.
