PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof board installing metal fitting capable of further enhancing strength against negative pressure, while maintaining advantages such as high rigidity and a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This roof board installing metal fitting 11 has a fixing member 15 fixed on a backing material 12, a thermal insulation member 16 installed on the fixing member 15, and a suspending piece 17 installed on the thermal insulation member 16 in a noncontact state with the fixing metal fitting 15; and is constituted so that the suspending piece 17 is held by the thermal insulation member 16 so as to be slidable in the length direction of a roof board 13a by forming a sliding groove 26, and non slip pieces 34 and 35 are arranged in the suspending piece 17 for preventing the suspending piece 17 from slipping out upward by projecting in the lateral direction. In the roof board installing metal fitting 11, the non slip pieces 34 and 35 are arranged in a plurality, and these non slip pieces are separately arranged in the vertical direction.
