PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging placement base which never disturbs user's movement by using the bottom side of a wall cabinet and a space and accommodates a cutting board safely and sanitarily. SOLUTION: A space accommodating two Z shaped plates laterally with the Z surfaces situated in the front is defined under the wall cabinet.
