<p>A structure which does not easily permit a foreign material to be inserted into an area close to a contact point of different electrodes of a battery is provided to prevent failure of an electronic device. In a battery storing member for the electronic device, a plurality of bar-shaped batteries having different electrode terminals at both edges in the longitudinal direction are stored in series by bringing the electrode terminal different from each other into contact with each other. A storing part of the battery storing member is provided with an opening part opened in a direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the battery, and a cover which openably covers the opening. Furthermore, the opening part is provided with a foreign material entry preventing member, which prevents entry of foreign material by covering a peripheral part, including the contact part of the electrode terminals of the plurality of adjacent batteries. Thus, when the cover is opened, the foreign material is prevented from entering the area close to the contact part of the different electrode terminals of the battery.</p> |
