Door leaf (1) comprises cleat regions (2-5) on opposite-lying peripheral sides of the door leaf and a filling region (6) with several grooves. Preferred Features: The grooves run parallel to the peripheral side of the door leaf and extend up to the cleat regions. An insert made from a material, preferably metal or plastic, deviating from the material of the door leaf is inserted into a part of the grooves. The insert completely fills the grooves.
