<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processing system for executing predetermined processing to a standard-size or non-standard-size paper document. <P>SOLUTION: This document processing system for performing processing to paper has a plurality of areas printed with encoded information containing an encoded paper ID obtained by encoding a paper ID for identifying paper, the encoded information containing encoded coordinate information obtained by encoding coordinate information showing the position of each area in paper. This system comprises an encoding means forming encoded paper IDs and encoded coordinate information; a document paper ID association means associating a document ID assigned to an electronic document corresponding to paper with a paper ID; a printing means acquiring the paper ID and printing the encoded paper ID and encoded coordinate information created by the encoding means on paper; a paper ID management means managing the paper IDs; an information acquisition means acquiring a paper ID and coordinate information from a paper printed with the encoded paper ID and coordinate information, and acquiring writing information written on the paper; and a processed paper ID association means associating a processing ID showing processing performed to the writing information acquired by the information acquisition means with the paper ID. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
