摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a high-quality liquid of Sake (rice wine) lees that has a good flavor, is utilized for many uses, uniform and contains no foreign matter. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the liquid of Sake lees comprises treating Sake lees successively by (A) a process for adding water of 1-5 times as much as the Sake lees and slurrying the Sake lees, (B) a process for grinding the slurry of Sake lees and pasting the slurry and (C) a process for filtering the paste-like Sake lees under conditions of 20-55 mesh pass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
