<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system giving navigation characteristics, using a picture by collecting video. <P>SOLUTION: An operation method for the navigation system includes preparing of the video of a geographical area along which a part of a route between an original position and a destination passes. The video may be one of 360 degrees. The method can include preparing a guidance information overlay on the video.
