PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus with a lift system capable of carrying out analysis with high through-put of treatment. SOLUTION: This apparatus for carrying out an analytical process is provided with a flat part 2 for storing a disposable, a flat part 3 for treating a sample in the disposable, and an elevator 1 for transferring the disposable 4 from the flat part 2 for the storage to the flat part 3 for the treatment. The flat part 2 for the storage is overlapped at least partially with the flat part 3 for the treatment, and the apparatus is provided with a shutter 5 for closing partially or fully an overlapped portion thereof. The analysis carried out in the apparatus is not required to be interrupted for reloading the disposable, and the sample is thereby treated easily with the high through-put.
