PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic supporting device or the like of an axial part which can be applied even when an installation space cannot be taken wide and a projection amount outward of a frame of the axial part is small, and which has less risk of separation from the axial part. SOLUTION: The elastic supporting device consists of a torsion coil spring 30 equipped with a coil part 31, and straight parts 32 and 33 formed by linearly extending both ends of the coil part 31. Respective lead-out points O and Q from the coil part 31 at the two straight parts 32 and 33 are set to nearly agree with each other. The elastic supporting device is positioned so that force of a direction in which the axial part 12 is desired to be urged acts to the lead-out points O and Q, and the coil part 31 is fitted in the axial part 12. Both ends of the straight parts 32 and 33 are secured to the frame 4. Moreover, at least one end parts of the two straight parts 32 and 33 are bent to form extension formation parts 35 and 42.
