PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser lens having an oblique illumination diaphragm capable of setting illumination light, with which a sample from various angles in the circumferential direction can be irradiated, and to provide a microscope mounted with the condenser lens. SOLUTION: Regarding the condenser lens 5, having a switching mechanism 6 capable of switching a plurality of holding parts 21, 22, 23 and 24 for holding an optical member to the optical axis position, the condenser lens 5 is provided with the rotatable holding part 21 for holding the oblique illumination diaphragm 31, a rotation operating part 23 for making the holding part 21 rotate and a rotation-transmitting means 45 for transmitting the rotation of the rotation operating part 23 to the holding part 21, and the aperture 35 of the oblique illumination diaphragm 31 is made rotatable about the optical axis O, and the microscope is equipped with the condenser lens 5.
