PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling gear for a simulator which can faithfully reproduce a control feeling of the real plane and a flight simulator. SOLUTION: The controlling gear is equipped with a control section 3 to be operated by a pilot, a hydraulic circuit 2 for changing the magnitude of the control burden to be imparted to the control section 3 by changing the volume of the feed oil to a cylinder section 5, and a servo motor 71 for changing the volume of the feed oil according to a speed signal on the simulation.
