PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an bored precast pile of setting calculated tip bearing power to a rational value, by rationally calculating a tip average N value. SOLUTION: This bored precast pile 1 is formed by arranging a foundation consolidation part 3 in a tip part of an existing pile embedded in an excavation hole 2; and is characterized in that the tip average N value Np applied for calculating pile tip bearing power, is provided from an average N value N<SB>1</SB>in a length range L<SB>1</SB>of the foot protection part upward from the pile tip and an average N value N<SB>2</SB>in a length range L<SB>2</SB>of 2 to 3d (d is a pile diameter) downward from the pile tip.
