PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concealed information carrier equipped with a semiconductor device having a RFID function, in which the writing and rewriting of information by a third person is not easy, by which the presence and absence of a dishonest act can be confirmed and which is excellent in informational confidentiality. SOLUTION: In the concealed information carrier 10, which is formed by laminating a first base material 12 equipped with a RFID device 11, a second base material 14 pasted through a first bonding member 13 to the first base material 12, a fourth base material 18 equipped with a third base material 17 made of an electrically conducting body pasted to the second base material 14 through a second bonding member 15 and a third bonding member 16, the third base material 17 is so constituted as to be arranged in order to overlap with some part or the whole portion of the RFID device 11, the first bonding member 13 is hard to be peeled or can not be peeled and the second bonding member 15 and the third bonding member 16 are peelable and can not be repasted after peeling off.
