An outer ring (23a) of a rotor (9a) remains under tension and holds a grouping of components together. Assigned to the inner side of this outer ring and attached to a support drum and stretched, the grouping has permanent magnets (33a). Afterwards, the support drum is removed. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a rotor for a wind power generator.
