SEALING STRUCTURE IN VANE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduced the number of sealing members while sufficiently assuring a prescribed sealing function.

SOLUTION: A vane 3 comprises a cylindrically formed base part 31 allowing a shaft 4 to pass the shaft core part thereof in a housing and a body part 32 formed in a plate shape integrally continued with the outer periphery of the base 31 and forming two oil chambers R1 and R2 in the housing. A seal member 7 disposed at the end part of the vane 3 and assuring the sealability thereof with the inner periphery of the housing is disposed at the end part 32a center part of the body part 32 of the vane 3 opposed to the inner periphery of the housing so so to be disposed around an opening end part 31a at the base part 31 of the vane 3. The seal member 7 is divided at a cutting surface including the axis line of the base part 31 and the axis line of the body part 32.
