<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a recycling cycle of insulator scrap materials by developing a product to be the base of the application of insulator scrap materials for the effective utilization as useful resources in which the characteristics as the material of the insulator scrap materials are made the most of, and its production method in consideration of the facts that the recycling of the insulator scrap materials into utility goods having economical value as valuables, the elimination of an environmental load caused by the insulator scrap materials or the like have been required. <P>SOLUTION: A scrap material powder pulverizing stage where, with insulator scrap material 21 as a starting substance, the fine powder of an insulator is obtained from the starting substance; a pulverized matter classifying stage where fine powder in an objective grain size range is obtained from the pulverized matter; a molding material preparing stage where the fine powder is prepared as a mixture for a molding material; a molding material kneading stage where the mixture is kneaded to obtain a molding material; a kneaded matter molding stage where the kneaded matter is worked to obtain a molding; and a molding firing stage where the molding is fired to obtain a sintered part are performed in order, so as to obtain the porous sintered compact. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
