<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that the liquid content is extracted in the direction other than the longitudinal axial direction of a nozzle, resin is extended to reduce the size of a spout or to completely close the spout by twisting off a simple cutting part by hand when the simple cutting part is formed of the resin of high tensile extensibility in a container which has the simple cutting part and uses a communication port to communicate the outside with the inside formed by cutting the cutting part as a spout of the content. <P>SOLUTION: In the hermetic container which has a cutting part integrated with a body or a part thereof, and uses a communication port to communicate the outside with the inside formed by cutting the cutting part with each other as a spout of the content, the spout is at a tip of a spouting nozzle part protruded from the body and opened at the inclination of 45-90° with respect to the longitudinal axial direction of a spouting nozzle part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
