<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and efficiently provide to a plurality of information recipients the information optimum for a group of the information recipients concerned. <P>SOLUTION: The information providing system S has; an information providing device 100 provided with a reader/writer 110 which reads radio tag information of a plurality of radio tags T located in a predetermined reading range and a CPU 130 which selects information offered out of a plurality of pieces of information prepared beforehand according to radio tag information read by the reader/writer 110; and a content server 150 which has a database where a plurality of pieces of information prepared beforehand are stored, and outputs the information selected by the CPU 130 of the information providing device 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
